Booking a Party:  We recommend you book 4 weeks in advance to ensure your choice of princess and time. To fully secure a date, we require a deposit (cash, check, or money order). There is a $25 fee for any check that is returned or has non-sufficient funds (NSF)

Rescheduling or Cancellations: Your deposit can be refunded if cancellation are made at least one week prior to the event. If cancellations are made less than one week, you have up to one year to reschedule the party. 

 

Travel Fee: Party Package include roundtrip travel within a 30 mile radius from Barnegat, NJ. A travel fee for $1.00 per mile is charged for travel beyond this 30 mile zone. This charge is necessary to cover fuel and vehicle maintenance. Mileage is determined via MapQuest (mapquest.com)

 

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the package pricing, and are always greatly appreciated.

 

Client's Responsibility: (1) Save a parking spot by the entrance for the entertainer. (2) A table, 2 chairs, and warm water in a plastic cup is needed for the face painting/tattoos/make-up. (A shaded are in the summertime is required due to the melting of the paints/make-up in the sun.) (3) Provide an outlet with possible extension cord for or cd player for outside events.

 

Pictures: Sometime we use pictures from your event for out website. Please inform us if you do not wish for us to use photos from your event.

 

Inclement Weather: It is at the discretion of Princess Parties whether our princess or character can come out on what might indicate purpose dangerous or hazardous driving conditions. If cancellation is necessary, we will work with you to reschedule or send you back your deposit in full.

 

Liabilities: Princess Parties assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages caused while the performer is on site. We are not responsible for allergic reactions that may be caused by face-paints or make-up. All of our products are hypo-allergenic. Also we are not responsible for any allergies or balloon incidents. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children.
